1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply to everyone who visits ZABlogs.xyz or uses the tools published on it, including the Blog Post Title Generator. By using the site, you agree to them.

If you do not agree with something here, the remedy is simple: stop using the site. There is no account to close and no subscription to cancel, because the site does not have either.

These terms are written to be readable rather than exhaustive. They are not legal advice, and they do not replace any rights you have under the law where you live.

2. Use of the Website

You may use ZABlogs.xyz for personal, professional, educational, or commercial purposes. You do not need permission, an account, or a licence to do so.

The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. You should be old enough under the law where you live to agree to terms of this kind, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Access is provided free of charge. We do not charge for the tools, and there is no paid tier that unlocks additional features.

3. Tool Usage

The Blog Post Title Generator works from a library of predefined headline templates combined with logic that matches those templates to the content type, tone, and keyword you select. It runs in your browser and does not use an AI model or an external service.

You may run the tool as many times as you like. There is no usage cap, and no request to space out your usage.

What the tool is not is a substitute for judgement. It does not know what your article says, who your readers are, what your competitors have published, or what is currently performing well in your niche. It produces plausible headline shapes with your topic slotted into them, which is a useful starting point and nothing more.

4. Generated Content

Titles produced by the generator are yours to use. You may publish them, edit them, use them for clients, and use them commercially, with no attribution required and no permission needed.

They are suggestions, not finished work

Every result should be read, checked, and adjusted before you use it. In particular:

• Make sure the title honestly describes what your article actually contains. The tool has no way of knowing.
• Edit the wording so it sounds like you rather than like a template.
• Check that any number in the title matches the number of items you actually wrote about.
• Check that the title does not clash with a trademark, a brand name, or someone else’s established headline in your field.

No exclusivity and no performance promise

Because the generator builds titles from common headline structures, another person entering a similar topic may receive a similar result. We cannot and do not offer exclusive rights to any generated title.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for what you publish. Once you take a title from this site and put it on your own article, it is your content and your decision.

That includes responsibility for:

• Whether the title is accurate and not misleading about your article
• Whether your use of it complies with the law and with any platform rules that apply to you
• Whether it infringes anyone else’s trademark or other rights
• Any consequences of publishing it, including reader complaints or platform action

You are also responsible for what you type into the site. Do not enter confidential information, personal data belonging to other people, or anything you are not entitled to use.

6. Intellectual Property

The website itself, including its written content, page design, layout, code, and the underlying template library that powers the generator, belongs to ZABlogs.xyz and is protected by copyright.

You may not copy the site, republish its written content, or reproduce the tool and present it as your own. Normal quoting with attribution and a link is fine.

To be clear about the distinction: the template library and the code are ours. The titles you generate are yours, as set out in section 4. Using the tool does not give you any rights in the site itself.

Any trade names or trademarks mentioned anywhere on the site belong to their respective owners, and mentioning them does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

7. Prohibited Activities

Most of this is common sense, but stating it makes it enforceable. When using the site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or damage the site or the servers that host it
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to hammer the site or extract its content in bulk
• Try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its hosting, or its administrative areas
• Copy the tool or the template library in order to republish it elsewhere
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice on the site
• Use the site to produce or promote content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or deceptive
• Misrepresent the tool, for example by claiming it uses technology it does not use, or by presenting it as your own product
• Interfere with the security features of the site or with anyone else’s use of it

If you do any of these, we may block access from your network or device. Since there are no accounts, that is the only enforcement step available.

8. Accuracy of Information

The written content on this site, including advice about writing titles and search visibility, is provided in good faith and reflects general practice at the time of writing.

Practices change, search engines change, and general advice does not fit every situation. We do not promise that everything on the site is complete, current, or right for your particular circumstances, and nothing here should be treated as professional marketing, legal, or business advice.

If you spot something inaccurate or out of date, tell us through the contact page and it will be looked at.

9. Availability of the Service

We aim to keep the site online and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. The site may be unavailable because of hosting problems, maintenance, updates, connectivity issues, or reasons outside our control.

We may also change, restrict, or discontinue any tool or page at any time, without notice and without liability. Since the site is free and no fee has been paid, no refund or compensation arises if a tool changes or goes away.

If a tool you rely on matters to your workflow, keep your own copy of anything you need from it.

The site depends on third parties to operate, which may include a hosting provider, a content delivery or security service, an analytics service, an advertising partner, and the website platform and plugins the site runs on.

Where advertising is shown, the ads are supplied by an advertising partner. Their presence on a page is not an endorsement of what they advertise.

11. External Links

Pages on this site may link to other websites for reference or convenience. Those links are not endorsements, and we have no control over the content, accuracy, or practices of any external site.

Once you follow a link away from ZABlogs.xyz, these terms stop applying and the terms of the site you have arrived at take over. Visiting external sites is at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and its tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that the generated titles will suit your purpose, or that any particular result will follow from using them.

Some countries do not allow certain warranties to be excluded. Where that is the case, this section applies only as far as the law permits, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZABlogs.xyz is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including lost traffic, lost revenue, lost time, or lost data.

This is a free site with no fee and no contract for paid services, so the practical position is straightforward: your use of it is at your own risk, and any decision you make on the basis of it remains your decision.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Where the law sets a minimum standard, that standard applies regardless of what this page says.

14. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time, for example if a new tool is added or if the way the site operates changes.

When they are updated, the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.

We will not apply changes retroactively to something you already published using a title from the generator.
