Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

The short version

ZABlogs.xyz is a free tools website. You do not need an account to use it, and the Blog Post Title Generator runs inside your own browser, so the topics and keywords you type into it are not sent to us or stored anywhere.

The only information you actively give us is what you choose to type into the contact form. Like most websites, some technical information may be collected automatically by the hosting, analytics, or advertising services that support the site. The sections below explain each of these in plain language.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how ZABlogs.xyz (“the site”, “we”, “us”) handles information relating to people who visit the website and use the tools published on it, including the Blog Post Title Generator.

ZABlogs.xyz is an independently operated website that publishes free online tools. It has no user accounts, sells nothing, and asks for no personal details in order to use the tools.

By using the site you are acknowledging that you have read this policy. If you do not agree with it, please stop using the site. This document is written to be understandable rather than exhaustive, and it is not legal advice.

2. Information We May Collect

We do not require you to register, sign in, or create a profile. There is no user account system on this site.

Information collected automatically

As with virtually every website, certain technical information may be recorded automatically when a page loads. Depending on which services are active, this can include:

  • Your IP address, or a shortened version of it
  • Browser type and version, operating system, and device type
  • Screen or viewport size
  • The pages you view on this site and the time of your visit
  • The website or search engine that referred you here
  • Approximate location inferred from your IP address, usually no more precise than a city or region

This information is generated by your browser and by the servers and services that deliver the site. It is used to keep the site working, to understand which pages are useful, and, where advertising is enabled, to serve ads.

What we do not collect

  • We do not ask for or store payment details, because nothing on the site is paid for.
  • We do not ask for identity documents, phone numbers, or postal addresses.
  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not knowingly build profiles of individual visitors.

3. Information You Provide

The only information you actively give us is what you enter into the contact form, if you choose to use it. That form asks for your name, your email address, a subject, and your message.

We use this information for a single purpose: to read your message and, where appropriate, to reply to it. We do not add contact form submissions to a mailing list, and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.

Please do not include sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential material in a contact message. A contact form is not a secure channel for that kind of content.

Depending on how the contact form is delivered, your message may pass through the site host or a form-handling service before it reaches us. Those providers process the message only in order to transmit it.

4. How the Blog Title Generator Processes Input

This section matters most to people using the tool, so it is worth stating clearly.

The Blog Post Title Generator is implemented entirely on the client side. The templates and the logic that combines them are contained in the page itself, and everything runs inside your own web browser using JavaScript.

In practical terms:

  • Your input is processed locally. The topic, keyword, content type, and tone you choose are used by your browser to build the results.
  • Nothing is transmitted to us. What you type is not sent to our servers, because generating titles does not involve a server request.
  • Nothing is stored. Your input is not saved to a database, a log, or your browser’s storage. Refreshing or closing the page clears it.
  • No external AI service is involved. The tool does not call an AI model or any outside API, so your input is not shared with a third-party provider.

If a future tool on this site needs to send your input to a server in order to work, that will be stated clearly on the tool page and this policy will be updated before the tool is published.

Note that this applies to the tool itself. Analytics or advertising services active on the page, if any, may still record that you visited the page, as described in the sections below. They do not receive what you typed into the tool.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website or a service embedded in it can store in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels.

The site itself does not require cookies in order for the tools to work. However, cookies or similar technologies may be set by:

  • The website platform or hosting provider, for basic operation and security
  • An analytics service, if one is enabled, to distinguish repeat visits from new ones
  • An advertising partner, if advertising is enabled, to select and measure ads

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block cookies, delete existing ones, or be warned before a cookie is set. Blocking cookies will not prevent the Blog Post Title Generator from working, since it does not depend on them.

Where a consent banner is shown to you, your choices there determine which non-essential cookies are permitted. For more detail, see the Cookie Policy.

6. Analytics

We may use a web analytics service to understand how the site is used: which pages people visit, how they arrived, and which browsers and devices they use. This helps decide what to improve and what to fix.

Where analytics is in use, the information is looked at in aggregate. We are interested in patterns across all visitors, not in identifying any individual. Any analytics provider we use processes that information under its own privacy policy, and we do not combine it with anything you type into the contact form or the title generator.

Many browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting or built-in tracking protection, and browser extensions can block analytics scripts entirely. Using any of these will not affect your ability to use the tools on this site.

7. Advertising

This site may display advertising in order to cover hosting costs and keep the tools free to use.

Where advertising is enabled, ads are supplied by third-party advertising partners rather than by us. Those partners, and the networks they work with, may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to:

  • Select which ads to show you, in some cases based on your prior browsing
  • Limit how often you see the same ad
  • Measure whether an ad was seen or clicked
  • Detect fraudulent ad activity

We do not provide advertising partners with your name, your email address, or anything you type into the contact form or the title generator. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

You can usually limit personalised advertising through your device settings, your browser settings, or industry opt-out pages operated by advertising trade bodies in your region.

8. Third-Party Services

Running a website involves other companies. Depending on the current setup, the following kinds of third parties may process limited information on our behalf or in their own right:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers, which store the site files and serve pages to visitors, and which typically keep server logs including IP addresses
  • Content delivery and security services, which speed up page loading and filter malicious traffic
  • Analytics providers, as described in section 6
  • Advertising partners, as described in section 7
  • Form or email delivery services, which may transmit contact form submissions
  • Website platform and plugin providers, which supply parts of the software the site runs on

Each of these operates under its own privacy policy. We choose services with the intention of keeping data collection modest, but we cannot control how a third party processes information once it reaches them.

9. Data Security

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and reasonable technical measures are taken to keep the software up to date and the site free of unauthorised access.

That said, no website, server, or method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Nothing in this policy should be read as such a guarantee.

One practical point in your favour: because the Blog Post Title Generator processes your input locally and the site holds no accounts and no payment details, there is very little personal data here to expose in the first place.

10. Data Retention

How long information is kept depends on what it is:

  • Title generator input is not retained at all. It exists only in your browser while the page is open.
  • Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, and may be kept for a reasonable period afterwards for reference. You can ask for a message to be deleted.
  • Server logs are retained by the hosting provider according to its own retention schedule, typically a short period measured in weeks or months.
  • Analytics and advertising records, where those services are enabled, are retained according to the provider’s own policy and settings.

11. Children’s Privacy

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 where that is the applicable age in your country.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the contact form, please get in touch using the contact page and it will be deleted.

12. External Links

Pages on this site may link to other websites. Those links are provided for convenience or reference only.

We have no control over the content, security, or privacy practices of any external site. Once you follow a link away from ZABlogs.xyz, this policy no longer applies, and you should read the privacy policy of the site you have arrived at.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you rights over personal information relating to you. These commonly include the right to:

  • Ask what personal information, if any, is held about you
  • Request a copy of it
  • Ask for inaccurate information to be corrected
  • Ask for information to be deleted
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, including personalised advertising
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting processing that already took place

Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR. Residents of California have comparable rights under state law, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the contact page. In practice, the only information this site is likely to hold about you is a contact form message you sent, since the tools themselves store nothing.

If you are unhappy with how a request is handled, you may be entitled to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time, for example if a new tool is added, if an analytics or advertising service is enabled, or if the law changes.

When it is updated, the date at the top of this page will change. Significant changes will be described here rather than made silently. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.

15. Contact

If you have a question about this policy, or you want to make a request about your information, you can reach us through the contact page.
